Experience Required

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in NetSuite. (Implementation experience preferable)

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct training programs for NetSuite product for various target groups in the organization on a regular basis.
  • Prepare questionnaires, exercises relevant to the training course and evaluate the participants.
  • Conduct Tests regularly to evaluate the knowledge and skills of the project resources.
  • Prepare and deliver short duration training courses following the new releases.
  • Schedule and deliver training on various modules in NetSuite.
  • Evaluate the Training Effectiveness by seeking feedbacks from Participants and respective managers.
  • Publish monthly training status reports.

Required Skills

  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • A good understanding of standard NetSuite modules and features.
  • Ability to articulate various business scenarios relevant to the topics.
  • Ability to do configuration and guide functional team in NetSuite.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with cross functional team.
  • Flexibility to learn new Modules and Technologies.
  • Knowledge of SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow and SuiteTalk desirable
  • Agood understanding of common industry standard business practices related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
  • Good analytical skills and behavioural skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Software testing/ Deployment/ Implementation/ Business requirement gathering of NetSuite application.
  • Requirement gathering and understanding.
  • Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices
  • Software testing and Conduct testing of all kinds and prepare test cases of the modules implemented and developed.
  • Follow up with Client and Support help desk for issue resolution.
  • Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on ongoing basis.
  • Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis
  • Architect the demand management solution and suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices
  • Support all formal documentation of implementation
  • Lead/Support all solution activities including testing and verification
  • Contribute to the training and development of key users
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently. Works collaboratively with project stakeholders and functional managers to develop project goals and objectives, set project timeline, manage change, and control scope.
  • Effectively utilizes project management tools
  • Leads project team in collaboration with Functional leadership to achieve project goals and objectives on time and within budget
