Reports To: Vice President

Primary Functions

Develop and administer system and information ownership, information and data classification guidelines ,standards and procedures. Develop, establish and maintain standards, procedures and guidelines to promote the security and uninterrupted operation of computer-based application systems at Inspirria Cloud Tech . Be responsible for the protection of the Inspirria Cloud Tech assets and information which are processed by or stored in computerized information systems.To ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. To report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.To liaison with external parties on matters relating to quality management system

Specific Duties

  • Manage the information security function in accordance with the established policies and guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain information security as well as quality standards and procedures in compliance ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Function as a first point of contact for information security and system related issues.
  • Conduct the information security risk assessment programs at regular intervals.
  • Maintain and manage a track of all IT related Assets.
  • Manage the infrastructure and physical security in compliance with ISO 27001 standard.
  • Authorized first point contact for all IT and infrastructural Billing, AMC renewal and Purchase.
  • Audit with relevant stakeholders for ensuring audit record are maintained, metrics are reviewed, closed.
  • Create and maintain list of milestones and check points with measurable criteria to check quality on timely basis.
  • Contributing towards development of processes and test strategies.
  • Motivating team and taking informative quick decisions.
  • Coordinate activities which enforce quality improvements.
  • Maintain good relationships with cross functional teams like development, functional and program and product managers.
  • Reviewing status reports and taking appropriate actions including escalations.
  • Sending clear status updates to Vice President-PS.

Qualifications / Skills

  • At least 5 to 7 years experience in Quality and Information Security field.
  • At least 3 years of Internal Audit experience is Mandatory
  • Excellent management skills and the ability to work with stake holders to develop and manage quality assurance as well organizational information Security.
  • Need candidate who is assertive and has strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
